Seeds of Empathy featured in Exchange Magazine

December 2011: Mary Gordon describes Seeds of Empathy, the companion program to Roots of Empathy, designed for children three to five years of age in early childhood settings, in the November-December issue of Exchange, a bimonthly publication with over 30 years history providing strategies, advice and ideas to administrators in the early childhood community.

The program fosters empathy, social and emotional competence along with early literacy skills and attitudes using the same focal point as the Roots of Empathy program: the attachment and attunement relationship between an infant and parent.
