Roots of Empathy in the Republic of Ireland |

The Republic of Ireland joined the Roots of Empathy family for the first time in the 2010-2011 school year.
In this second year of implementation, two lead agencies – HSE West and Barnardos – are working to increase the programming offered by almost 250%, to reach an estimated 1,000 children in the Dublin and Donegal areas in 2011-2012.
